Marmelade / Jam Depositor

Dosing machine allows to deposit (top filling) marmelade or chocolate on the freshly formed biscuits; 



It's composed by a piston dosing head made to aspirate marmelade from the hopper and push it through special spouts on the biscuit you need to decorate.



The spout shape enables the deposit on a specific point, on a surface or on several points, according to your needs;





The head is equipped with a horizontal and vertical handling system to allow marmelade deposit on the biscuits placed on the rotary machine belt; 





According to your production needs, you can decide to realize the head with 1, 2 or 3 nozzles lines;



It's possible to realize the dosing machine with more heads, to fully cover the required production.
