How to build your own custom dropping machine
- Main frame in thick steel. The base frame contains within it the devices to give the head the raise/lower movement and the horizontal movement to follow the oven conveyor in the dropping phase. All movements are carried out with servomotors controlled by high-precision electronic drives.
- Extrusion head made of high-strength aluminum profiles, with anti-wear and non-stick surface treatment. The head has housings for the dough extrusion groups and the forming moulds, with a quick coupling system to facilitate production changes. The head can be completely removed from the machine to make cleaning as easy as possible.
- Motion transmission group to the head. It consists of an aluminum box containing within it the entire transmission for moving the extrusion groups and is fixed to the support structure of the head. All movements are made using brushless servo motors controlled by special high-precision electronic drives.
- Dough extrusion groups each composed of 2 stainless steel rollers engraved with appropriate groove and lobe pump with separate sectors for each extrusion outlet. The rotation of the rollers and the lobe pump are independent. The rollers and lobe pumps can be easily extracted from the head for cleaning or format change
- Product forming mold consisting of an aluminum bearing plate with anti-wear and anti-adhesion treatment, dough conveying plates in food-grade plastic material and extrusion nozzles to give the product the desired shape. The molds are easily interchangeable to speed up production changes
- Touch Screen control panel on the machine with display and management of machine functions, recipe setting, alarm management. The interface is simple and intuitive to facilitate the operator in choosing the functions.
- A wide range of accessories available for further decorations (rollers for flattening and engraving textured designs on biscuits, seed spreaders or granulated products in general on biscuits, possibility of cutting biscuits with a guillotine after cooking, etc.)
- Cleaning is facilitated thanks to the possibility of completely removing the dosing head (using special trolleys supplied) and the possibility of extracting the various parts of the machine individually
- By combining the X and Y movements of the head, and the rotation of the nozzles, it is possible to create infinite combinations and biscuit shapes
- All machine functions are managed by an easy and intuitive touch screen panel, the settings for each individual product can be stored and recalled with extreme ease
