Dough extruder group made by:
- Stainless steel AISI 304 with transparent side walls (for inspection)
- Pair of grooved feeder rollers in food grade plastic material. Extractable rollers to ease cleaning
- Movement of rollers through gear motor commanded by inverter
- Dough conveyor (filler block) in high resistance food grade plastic material
- Aluminum pump body with anti-wear and anti-corrosion surface treatment
- Pair of grooved feeding rollers in food grade plastic material
- Gear pump in AISI 304 stainless steel
- Connecting pipes to the forming mould in AISI 304 stainless steel
- The filling pump is completely removable to facilitate cleaning

- All movements are adjustable from touch screen panel on the machine
- Guillotine moved by pneumatic piston; cutting time can be set from touch panel of the machine
