Soft biscuits with inclusions ?
Our machine RW2 was put to the test in the production of biscuits with inclusions in the dough (chocolate chips, chopped hazelnuts, pieces of dried fruit and much more): the result was surprising !
The biscuits are perfectly formed and with the inclusions they take on an artisanal aspect which makes these products very attractive for the consumer !
